Warranty

Capital watches are guaranteed for two years against all manufacturing defects.

If the materials are defective or the watch has not been assembled correctly, it will be repaired or replaced (only if it cannot be repaired).

Normal wear and tear of the watch such as the battery, glass, strap, case, bracelet and even loss or theft are not covered by the warranty.

Delmax s.r.l., licensee of the Capital brand, is not responsible for incorrect use of the watch, therefore the warranty is void if:

• The watch is damaged when the back of the case is opened by unskilled personnel.
• The watch is used in water without first making sure that the crown has been screwed or pushed down towards the case (in the case of a pressure crown) or if the instructions relating to water resistance have not been followed.
• The watch suffered a strong impact.
• The chronograph buttons were pressed while the watch was in the water.

The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase indicated on the warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase.
